Congratulations to Jorja Newbold who has won the Daily Mail U16 - 18 World Junior Championship 2024. The competition was played on the Alferini Course at Villa Padierna, Marbella, Spain, over 3 rounds, from 20th - 22nd February. Jorja's score for the 3 rounds was 11 shots ahead of second place, with total score of +12.
Alferini is a top class course which played host to the LET Spanish Open in 2022. From the World Junior Golf website: "Integrating a wide variety of natural features and hazards, Alferini Golf is the most challenging of the three courses of Villa Padierna: 6641m of pure golf indulgence."
